报告人简介：Dr. Kumar Saurav is a Senior Scientist in the Department of Algal Biotechnology at the Centre Algatech, Institute of Microbiology, Czech Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on the discovery of novel bioactive compounds from cyanobacteria and marine microorganisms, understanding quorum sensing and inhibition mechanisms, and exploring the ecological impact of cyanopeptides. Dr. Saurav has served as reviewer and editorial board member for several journals including Marine Drugs, Molecules, Microbiology Spectrum, and BMC Microbiology. He has led and participated in multiple international research projects supported by the Czech Science Foundation, European collaborations, and bilateral mobility programs. His research contributions include over 50 peer-reviewed publications with h-index of 26 in reputed journals such as Applied and Environmental Microbiology, mSphere, Marine Drugs and Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry.
