研究领域 本学科组主要从事微生物功能基因组学研究。研究内容包括两个方面:不同微生物类群特有的基因组特征序列的进化分析;不同微生物类群的特有蛋白在细胞中的功能研究。针对特有蛋白的功能研究,目前正在开展的课题包括:1. 重要微生物资源类群-放线菌(Actinobacteria)特有蛋白在蛋白酶体组装中的作用机制;2. 深海环境富集的Epsilon-变形菌(Epsilon-proteobacteria)特有蛋白在趋向运动信号转导中的调控机制。通过对基因组特征序列的进化分析及特有蛋白的功能解析,我们期望能更好的理解细菌基因、基因组的进化以及特征序列在适应环境变化中发挥的作用。
