研究兴趣与领域
主要从事微生物生理代谢与环境适应机制的研究。本学科组以海洋微生物和模式微生物为研究对象,关注毒素-抗毒素系统及原噬菌体等水平基因转移元件在环境适应性中的功能和调控,并系统阐释这些水平基因转移元件在环境胁迫条件下的调控通路。有望从细菌的自身代谢调控中找到新的关键调控因子作为靶点,为抗药性细菌的抑制提供有效途径。
