代表性工作简介
主要聚焦于从海洋特境微生物资源中发掘药理活性成分和药物先导化合物,近年来分离鉴定海洋微生物来源天然产物500多个,其中新结构化合物285个,其中新颖骨架的6个/类,筛选发现具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗菌活性的天然产物120个。近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目,广东省科技计划等项目,入选广州市“珠江科技新星人才”计划。研究成果在Organic Letters和Journal of Natural Products等国际知名学术刊物上。
