代表性工作简介

1)香港牡蛎温度胁迫适应机制的分子基础,针对牡蛎具有异常出色对抗高温和急性热激的能力。首次采用数字基因表达谱对香港牡蛎温度胁迫机制进行解析,揭示了牡蛎温度适应的分子基础,为牡蛎耐高温新品系的培育提供应用指导。

2)砗磲性别决定机制及性腺人工促熟,全面系统的阐明了鳞砗磲性腺发育规律及其繁殖周期,构建了鳞砗磲性腺发育周期文库,初步解析了鳞砗磲的雌雄性腺的同步化发育机理,为砗磲的性别决定、分化和性腺发育的遗传机理以及良种选育和繁殖调控提供理论基础。依据鳞砗磲性腺发育机理,开发了一套砗磲陆基暂养促熟方法,解决了配子发生同步性差的难题,为砗磲人工繁育提供亲本来源及应用基础。
