代表性工作简介

主要从事持久性有机污染物(POPs)的海洋环境地球化学行为和微生物降解方面的研究。重点探讨了POPs在近岸红树林、南海珊瑚礁及北极生态系统中的污染特征、分布、来源、生物富集和食物链传递等。探明了珠江口红树林湿地POPs的污染历史、演变趋势及其与区域社会经济发展间的关系，发现红树林湿地沉积柱中传统POPs多氯联苯和滴滴涕趋于稳定，新型POPs多溴联苯醚及其替代品快速增加，并揭示了POPs在红树林湿地植物和动物体中的富集机制。揭示了南沙珊瑚礁生态系统的生态环境现状及其动态变化规律；研究了南海永兴岛和纳土纳岛海域生物体中持久性有机污染物(POPs)的富集特征和人体潜在饮食暴露风险；阐明了南海海域POPs的区域分布特征及其污染来源，发现南海海域环境中滴滴涕仍存在新的输入来源。证实了冰川融化对北极生态系统有机磷酸酯环境行为的影响。
