代表性工作简介
建立了中国沿海海马、海龙优势种群的DNA条形码数据库,发现1个海马新种,揭示基因型与表型存在分歧;参与完成全球首个海马全基因组测序项目,揭示海马“竖直游泳”之谜;完成腹囊海龙全基因组数据分析,揭示海龙科鱼类在鱼类界中进化速率最快;将海龙科鱼类腹鳍丢失分子机制提高一个分类阶元;首次从全基因组层面揭示海龙科鱼类育儿袋/类胎盘与哺乳动物子宫/胎盘趋同进化;相关研究结果发表在国际顶级期刊Nature,National Science Review 上。
