代表性工作简介
鉴定cyanogramide、浅蓝霉素A、piericidin A1、heronamides和trichostatin等多个活性次级代谢产物生物基因簇。阐明P450氧化酶、黄素氧化酶、氨基转移酶、氨基水解酶和甲基转移酶等10余个生物合成酶功能,包括在cyanogramide合成途径中阐明p450氧化酶通过碳正离子介导的半频哪醇重排生成氧化吲哚螺环(Angew Chem Int Edit,2020);在浅蓝霉素A的合成途径中发现氧化酶CrmK介导的底物补偿机制(Chem Sci,2016)和阐明二元组分单加氧酶催化肟基形成机制(J Am Chem Soc,2013)。通过组合生物合成获得80多个新结构天然产物。
