代表性工作简介
主要从事海洋微生物代谢工程研究,致力于从海洋微生物中发现、分离和鉴定具有抗感染、抗肿瘤等活性的天然物质,并进行组合生物合成研究,用代谢工程手段改造和优化其结构与活性,为发现和研制海洋微生物药物先导化合物奠定物质基础。在海洋放线菌次级代谢产物的分离鉴定和活性评价、海洋微生物代谢产物的环化代谢工程、糖苷类药物的糖基化代谢工程研究领域做出了杰出贡献。
