研究领域  

      主要从事海洋原核生物的环境适应与进化机制研究,聚焦宿主与噬菌体的互作机制和毒素-抗毒素的多样性与功能研究。

 

代表性工作简介

系统性研究发现温和噬菌体调控海洋细菌对特殊生境适应性进化和生态功能。在海洋毒素-抗毒素系统(TA)领域取得了一系列引领性原创成果,发现两大全新类型的TA系统,揭示TA系统是温和噬菌体与海洋细菌建立互利共生关系的核心。在海洋生物资源保护和应用领域做出重要的贡献。以通讯或第一作者在Nature Ecology & Evolution, Nature Chemical Biology, PNAS, Nucleic Acids Research等权威期刊发表论文50余篇。论文多次被Faculty of 1000推荐评论。授权发明专利4项。
