代表性工作简介

主要研究领域为海洋特殊环境微生物来源的活性物质和药物先导物研究。近5年从海洋微生物中分离发现活性小分子化合物500多个，其中新化合物300多个；筛选发现具有药用活性的先导化合物50多个；对发现的重要活性先导化合物进行系统的结构修饰或合成研究，探讨相关衍生物的构效关系，优化先导化合物，发现5个/类结构新颖、高效低毒的新药研究目标分子，为海洋微生物资源的高效利用和我国海洋药物研发作出贡献。
