研究领域  

主要从事微型藻类分子生态学,基因组学方向的研究。目前主要关注微型藻类对气候变化的响应及其与病毒、异养细菌的相互关系。同时对赤潮发生过程中,微生物的群落多样性,功能类群组成进行相关研究。

 

代表性工作简介

主要成果有:1) 报道了硅藻、甲藻赤潮扩散迁移能力的差异,提出共生细菌是硅藻赤潮发生、扩散的重要推手; 2)发现藻际微生物的组成受到藻类宿主和环境条件共同影响,具备物种和区域特异性,海洋稀有细菌是藻际微生物的重要组成部分;3)异养甲藻赤潮诱发海洋潜在病原弧菌增殖暴发;4)揭示了单细胞蓝藻在中国近海的分布特征,解析了不同蓝藻类群适盐能力差异的分子机理。
