研究方向 

1.  海洋生态学:生态系统结构与功能, 尤其是珊瑚礁生态系统物流与能流途径与关键过程。

2.  浮游生物生物学与生理学:浮游植物多样性与群落结构, 应对环境变化的响应和适应策略;生物灾害爆发机制;物质在食物网中的流通途径和效率。
