研究内容
海洋微生物先导药物和新型功能酶的发掘与应用
1)具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、杀虫等海洋微生物活性天然产物的发现与应用
海洋来源微生物,因其特殊的生长环境,具有生产结构多样先导药物的潜力。如何运用独到的眼光将其发掘出来,并造福于社会,值得研究。
2)微生物新颖活性物质合成酶的发现与应用
海洋微生物因具有生产新型先导药物的基因,造就了其功能特殊的酶,发现、研究其催化机理,将其应用于社会的生产和生活,充满挑战且富有乐趣。

2013.12-今,中国科学院南海海洋研究所,中科院热带海洋生物资源与生态重点实验室,副研究员。期间于2017.04-2018.04,在加大大学洛杉矶分校(University of California, Los Angeles/UCLA),化学与生物化学系(Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry),CAS-UCLA联合培养公派在Prof. Yi Tang课题组做访问学者。
2011.07-2013.12,中国科学院南海海洋研究所,中科院热带海洋生物资源与生态重点实验室,助理研究员。
